Its goals include improving communication with customers, building customer’s retention and loyalty, creating an improving and more targeted marketing.

Today’s rapid development in technology is reflected in the increasing use of it in all sectors of life which has resulted in many innovations in the process of human activities. In the business sector, technology has been used effectively by companies /manufacturers/ producers to create products which give the greatest satisfaction to customers. In order to achieve it, companies need to enhance their relationship with customers and thus establish a new market. However, the advances in technology is a great challenge for low-capital, conventional-based companies and those which find themselves unable to catch up with the latest trend.
